1 serving RPN vanilla whey protein

2 scoops RPN greens

1 small avocado

handful of spinach

ice and 6oz water

Blend and off you go!

 

Pre-Workout Breakfast:

1/2 cup oats

1/2-1 scoop RPN vanilla whey protein

handful of blueberries

1 cup organic vanilla unsweetened almond milk

 

Post-Workout Shake:

1/2 banana

1 cup organic vanilla unsweetened almond milk

1 serving RPN vanilla whey protein

1 cup ice and blend
